Sag Pond Lake Municipal Campground
The campground is great location for camping, hiking, and fishing. Picnic pavilions are available to rent for outdoor functions, too. Swimming is not recommended at this location.
Cypress Landing
This isolated stretch of forest features great trails for hikers of all experience levels, from beginner to advanced. Includes scenic views of Sag Pond Lake.
Hunger Point
Hunger Point is the best fishing spot in town! Visit Town Hall to inquire about fishing licenses.
Mayflower Park
Named for the blossoms that grow on Hawthorn bushes, Mayflower Park provides a wide grassy expanse for jogging, playing, picnicking, and more. The park features a small batch of persimmon trees that yield fruit in the late fall.
Farm Street Pond
Farm Street Pond is a scenic spot where residents can enjoy a quiet moment away from the bustle of town. It is home to a family of mallard ducks that have lived in Hawthorn Junction for generations.
